What is Storefrontما هو المتجر
Storefront turns your Edara catalog into a shop your customers can browse and order from — no separate inventory to keep, no separate prices to update. You manage everything from this admin; your customers see a fast, branded site at your own address.

Who controls what: Edara owns your products, prices and stock — they arrive here automatically and you never edit them by hand. Name your shopسمِّ متجرك

Connect Edaraاربط إيدارا

You're done. Your shop is live at your address immediately. Products arrive unpublished — nothing reaches shoppers until you publish it in Catalog. انتهيت. متجرك مباشر على عنوانك فورًا. تصل المنتجات غير منشورة — لا يصل شيء إلى المتسوقين حتى تنشره في الكتالوج.
Connect Edaraربط إيدارا
This is the one thing your shop cannot work without — every product, price and stock number comes from this connection. Catalogالكتالوج
Press Sync from Edara and your products arrive with their names, prices, stock and SKUs. You come back here to publish a new one, upload a photo, or fix a bilingual title — never to re-enter a price or a stock count. اضغط مزامنة من إيدارا وستصل منتجاتك بأسمائها وأسعارها ومخزونها ورموزها (SKU). تعود إلى هنا لنشر منتج جديد أو رفع صورة أو تصحيح عنوان ثنائي اللغة — وليس لإعادة إدخال سعر أو رقم مخزون.
The tableالجدول
- Published — the one switch that decides if shoppers can see this product. Everything arrives unpublished on purpose. منشور — المفتاح الوحيد الذي يقرر إن كان بإمكان المتسوقين رؤية هذا المنتج. تصل كل المنتجات غير منشورة عمدًا.
- Title (EN) / Title (AR) — editable here; everything else on the row comes from Edara and updates itself. العنوان (إنجليزي) / العنوان (عربي) — قابل للتعديل هنا؛ وكل شيء آخر في الصف يأتي من إيدارا ويحدّث نفسه.
- Upload — add photos for a product; Edara doesn't carry images, so this is the one field this admin owns entirely. رفع — أضف صورًا للمنتج؛ لا يحمل إيدارا صورًا، فهذا هو الحقل الوحيد الذي تملكه هذه الشاشة بالكامل.
You won't need to repeat a sync to catch a price change. Prices and stock keep themselves up to date from Edara on their own — sync again only when you've added brand-new products in Edara and want them to appear here. لن تحتاج لتكرار المزامنة لالتقاط تغيير سعر. تُحدَّث الأسعار والمخزون من إيدارا من تلقاء نفسها — أعد المزامنة فقط عند إضافة منتجات جديدة تمامًا في إيدارا وتريد ظهورها هنا.
Ordersالطلبات
Every order a customer places lands here — click a row to expand its line items and shipping address. يصل كل طلب يضعه العميل إلى هنا — انقر على الصف لعرض عناصره وعنوان الشحن.
Moving an order forwardتحريك الطلب للأمام
The fulfillment dropdown on each row is yours to update as an order moves through your own process — nothing here is automatic, because packing and shipping happen outside this admin. قائمة حالة التنفيذ المنسدلة في كل صف بيدك لتحدّثها مع تقدّم الطلب في مسارك الخاص — لا شيء هنا تلقائي، لأن التعبئة والشحن يحدثان خارج هذه الشاشة.
Payment status is separate from fulfillment status — a paid order can still be unpacked, and (for cash on delivery) a shipped order can still be unpaid. Design & sectionsالتصميم والأقسام
Pick a theme — retail, electronics, cameras, car spare parts, or fashion — then decide what your home page shows and in what order: a hero banner, value propositions, featured products, categories, an about teaser, testimonials, and a contact block. اختر تصميمًا — تجزئة عامة، إلكترونيات، كاميرات، قطع غيار سيارات، أو أزياء — ثم قرر ما تعرضه الصفحة الرئيسية وبأي ترتيب: بانر رئيسي، مزايا، منتجات مميزة، فئات، تعريف مختصر، آراء العملاء، وقسم تواصل.
Sectionsالأقسام
- Drag to reorder, and toggle any section off — a fresh shop starts with a sensible default layout, and nothing is invented on your behalf: testimonials, for example, are off until you add your own quotes. اسحب لإعادة الترتيب، وبدّل أي قسم — يبدأ المتجر الجديد بتخطيط افتراضي منطقي، ولا شيء يُختلق نيابةً عنك: آراء العملاء مثلاً معطّلة حتى تضيف اقتباساتك الخاصة.
- Changing the theme keeps your section choices and copy — a design is a look, not a reset. تغيير التصميم يحافظ على اختيارات أقسامك ونصوصها — التصميم شكل، وليس إعادة ضبط.
Your logo and colors carry over automatically — Design doesn't ask you to re-enter what the wizard already collected. شعارك وألوانك تُنقل تلقائيًا — لا يطلب منك التصميم إعادة إدخال ما جمعه المعالج بالفعل.
Pagesالصفحات
Custom pages for the things a catalog can't cover — a returns policy, a shipping FAQ, a story about your shop. Add a new page, write the English and Arabic body, and it appears on your storefront's own menu. صفحات مخصصة لما لا يغطيه الكتالوج — سياسة استرجاع، أسئلة الشحن الشائعة، أو قصة متجرك. أضف صفحة جديدة، اكتب نصها بالإنجليزية والعربية، وستظهر في قائمة متجرك.
Domainsالنطاقات
Bring your own domain instead of the storefront.edara.io address — the TLS certificate is issued and renewed for you automatically. استخدم نطاقك الخاص بدلاً من عنوان storefront.edara.io — تُصدَر شهادة TLS وتُجدَّد تلقائيًا نيابةً عنك.
Setting it upالإعداد
- Add the domain here.أضف النطاق هنا.
- At your DNS registrar, add a CNAME record pointing to
cname.storefront.edara.io. في مزوّد النطاق، أضف سجل CNAME يشير إلىcname.storefront.edara.io. - We verify it and issue the certificate automatically, usually within 60 seconds. نتحقق منه ونصدر الشهادة تلقائيًا، عادة خلال 60 ثانية.
DNS pendingفي انتظار DNS means the CNAME hasn't been seen yet — double-check it at your registrar and give it a minute. يعني أن سجل CNAME لم يُرصد بعد — تحقق منه لدى مزوّد النطاق وامنحه دقيقة.
Liveمباشر means shoppers can already use it. يعني أن بإمكان المتسوقين استخدامه بالفعل.

Cash on delivery needs nothing but a switch. Card payments go through Paymob — add your API key, integration ID and HMAC secret here once you have a Paymob account. لا يحتاج الدفع عند الاستلام سوى مفتاح تبديل. تمر مدفوعات البطاقات عبر Paymob — أضف مفتاح API ومعرّف التكامل وسر HMAC هنا بمجرد أن يكون لديك حساب Paymob.

Your email, phone, address and social links appear across the storefront wherever the theme places them — update them here once and every page picks it up. يظهر بريدك وهاتفك وعنوانك وروابطك الاجتماعية في أنحاء المتجر حيثما يضعها التصميم — حدّثها هنا مرة واحدة وتلتقطها كل صفحة.

"Sync failed — connect Edara first"«فشلت المزامنة — اربط إيدارا أولاً»
Your organization hasn't authorized the Edara connection yet. Open Settings and use the Edara connection panel — this is a one-time step, not something that expires.
لم تُفوَّض مؤسستك بعد للاتصال بإيدارا. افتح الإعدادات واستخدم لوحة الاتصال بإيدارا — هذه خطوة لمرة واحدة، لا تنتهي صلاحيتها.
A product doesn't appear on the storefrontلا يظهر منتج في المتجر
Check its Published checkbox in Catalog — everything arrives from Edara unpublished by design, so a product invisible to shoppers is very often simply waiting to be turned on.

The rest of the catalog still synced — one product with bad or missing data from Edara doesn't hold up the others. Fix that item's data at the source and sync again to pick it up.

Double-check the CNAME at your registrar points to cname.storefront.edara.io exactly, and give DNS propagation a few minutes — verification and the certificate follow automatically once it's visible.
